Tinted Windows, lulz

So apparently theres a new band out called the Tinted Windows made up of the most unusual combination of musicians. Starting off with James Iha of Smashing Pumpkins, Taylor Hanson from Hanson, the drummer from Cheap Trick and a guy from Fountains of Wayne. There’s a sample song on Rolling Stone’s website and it is god awful. I wondered, why would they all get together just to make poppy music, then I realized all of these people and their respective bands hadn’t actually performed with said bands in forever and probably got some bills to pay. So whatever, I can’t knock them just because they want to make money I guess, because its really poppy and someone is bound to buy it and Taylor Hasen will probably pull in many many young teenage girls much to the delight of Cheap Tricks old drummer.
