These are my favorite chords.

I woke up today slightly earlier than I normally do. It felt like mid-morning but it was noon already because it’d been raining off and on all day. It’s clearing up now but the air is still cold and damp. I’ve always loved waking up with really cold sheets and knowing there’s really not that much to be doing today. I dawdled around the internet awhile reading up on some feeds and assorted news blogs. I went downstairs and greeted the dog and proceeded to make myself a most unimpressive “breakfast” (mind you at 1pm) consisting of left over bacon, two eggs with garlic, salt and pepper with a piece of toast and black cherry jam. I don’t particularly like black cherry jam, but it’s alright. Like ninety percent of my meals eaten, I ate alone so everything was gone in minutes, with no installments of conversation one always eats fairly promptly. I went online again, curious to know what famous people had January 24th birthdays, most notable would be:

1917: Ernest Borgnine, American actor

1941: Neil Diamond, American singer/songwriter

1949: John Belushi, American actor

It’ll probably rain some more today which I don’t particularly care for these days.

Quarter century and still kickin’ -That’s what I muttered this morning when I woke up. Cheers.
